Samsung 'Galaxy Glass' to challenge Google glass in September 2014

Samsung may start a contender to Google Glass throughout the IFA trade show in Berlin in September in the not so distant future.

The mechanism, named Galaxy Glass, could interface with your cell phone, showcase call alarms and permit the client to listen to music, reports Korea Times, referring to anonymous Samsung executives.

The report doesn't uncover numerous insights about the genuine fittings, yet it does state that Samsung Electronics might team up with an alternate Samsung subsidiary, Samsung Display, to make the Galaxy Glass.

"The new savvy glass to be presented by Samsung is another idea of wearable apparatus that can accelerate an energizing society of correspondence," the anonymous authority said, consistent with the report. "The brilliant glass will exhibit our intend to lead the new market with demonstrated competence. Wearable units can't create benefits quickly. Unfaltering arrivals of mechanisms are indicating our firm duty as a guide in new markets."

Samsung revealed a wearable mechanism, the Galaxy Gear smartwatch, last year's IFA, and the organization patented a smartglass-sort gadget in October 2013, giving the report some conceivability. On the other hand, September is still distant, and regardless of the fact that the report is faultless, it’s truly conceivable that Samsung will transform its plans before then.

Korea Times likewise refers to an anonymous official of a Google parts supplier in Asia, which claims Google Glass — so far accessible just as a restricted beta item — will be industrially accessible to the overall public in the "second half" of this year.
